"Crashland Consequence" is somewhat derived, but I allow to a tough liking to this song that benefits from an injection of outside influences. Quick Change is discontinued, so you'll need to see used CD stores or undergo it on eBay. Great songs like "Next Right Moment", "Hang On Tight", "Crashland Consequence", "Not Shocked", "Here We Go" and "Asia Minor" invent the best Ric Ocasek cd up to now. Way to go Ric. While the song has moments where you can probe a Cars auditory sensation, the song is bafflinger as though Cars were trying to do hard rock and roll. The lyrics are all but silly, but I enjoyed the 60s influences in combination with 80s and 90s influences. The first example I listened to this CD was unimpressed. This is by all odds a must have for any Cars partisan and any popular music genre collector. This ISN't truly as edge as they would have liked it to be. There are some cracking cut tos from this CD (Hang on Tight, Not Schocked, Society Trance and The Next Right Moment), but after listening to this CD few times, most will originate old and tired, particularly the title cut. Ric O is giving us a glimpse into his human beings and that man is where some others 'inhabit' too. what a barren of his writing talents.
